Terms of Service
These terms govern use of GatePilot, a monday.com application provided by Mars Studio. By installing or using GatePilot, you agree to these terms on behalf of yourself and the organization you represent.
Service
GatePilot evaluates authorized monday.com board data using defined rules, presents release-readiness findings, can generate an AI-assisted mitigation brief on request, and can create mitigation work. AI-generated content and findings require human review and do not replace security, legal, quality, compliance, or operational approval.
Account responsibilities
You are responsible for authorized installation, accurate board data, appropriate access controls, review of findings, and every release or mitigation decision made by your organization.
Subscriptions
Trials, subscriptions, billing, cancellations, and plan changes are processed through monday.com's marketplace billing system and the plan terms shown during purchase. Access to paid capabilities requires an active application subscription.
Acceptable use
You may not misuse GatePilot, bypass access controls, interfere with the service, attempt unauthorized access, or use the application in violation of law or third-party rights.
Availability and changes
Mars Studio may improve, modify, or discontinue service capabilities. We aim to provide reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.
Warranty and liability
GatePilot is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. Mars Studio is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from use of the service. Any direct liability is limited to the fees paid for GatePilot during the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim, except where applicable law does not permit that limit.
