Privacy Policy
GatePilot is a monday.com application provided by Mars Studio. This policy explains how GatePilot processes information when you use the application.
Information processed
GatePilot reads board and item information that the installing account authorizes through monday.com. This may include item names, statuses, owners, dates, priorities, tags, dependencies, approval states, test coverage, defect counts, security finding counts, and related updates required to create mitigation work.
Purpose of processing
The information is processed to calculate release-readiness findings, display source evidence, save configuration and scan history, create mitigation items, and enforce application plan access.
Storage
Configuration and scan history are stored using monday.com's application storage for the relevant application instance. GatePilot does not operate a separate customer-data database for board content. monday.com processes information according to its own terms and privacy policies.
When a user explicitly requests an AI mitigation brief, GatePilot sends only the selected finding, its source evidence, and limited board context to monday.com's hosted AI model gateway. The generated brief does not determine or change the release gate.
Sharing
Mars Studio does not sell customer information. Information is not shared with third-party advertising services. Service providers may process limited operational data when required to host, secure, bill, or support the application.
Retention and deletion
Application-instance data is retained while the application remains installed or while needed to provide the service. An account administrator may uninstall GatePilot. To request deletion assistance, contact the support address below and include the monday.com account name and application installation details.
Security
GatePilot uses monday.com authorization, least-privilege scopes, signed webhook validation, transport encryption, and runtime plan checks. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.
